Payment Policy

This page explains how to review and complete payment for an order through this online store. The checkout screen is the source for the payment methods available to your specific transaction.

Currency and order total

Store prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Before submitting an order, review the checkout currency, item amounts, any discount, applicable tax, shipping charge, and final total. Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. destinations accepted at checkout. The checkout total controls if a displayed estimate differs from the final order summary.

Payment methods shown at checkout

The available payment methods are those presented in Shopify checkout for your particular order. Availability can vary by location, device, currency, transaction eligibility, and provider checks. A payment method is available only when checkout offers it for the transaction. Review checkout before submitting payment; it shows the methods available for the order and transaction. If an option is not displayed there, it is not available for that checkout.

Authorization, failed attempts, and payment security

Your selected payment provider may request authorization or verification before an order can be completed. If checkout reports a failure, review the entered details and contact the provider if a pending authorization appears. Avoid repeatedly submitting an order while a payment is pending; contact us with the order number or checkout reference so we can check whether an order was created. We do not request full card numbers, security codes, account passwords, or one-time passcodes by email or telephone. Do not send them to customer service.

Refunds and payment questions

Every approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If a return must be received and reviewed before the refund is approved, processing is completed within 10 business days after that approval. A bank or payment provider may need another 5–10 business days to post the credit. We do not direct customers to pay by personal transfer or cryptocurrency.
